Per the Orion Skyblazer II XLT Recall Notice and Quarantine Notice dated November 26, 2025, please fill in the information below for reimbursement. *This is not a Trade reimbursement program, it is only for consumers who purchased the products listed below from a marine retailer or dealer.

Orion will reimburse you for your signals and the quarantine materials. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing.

I have the following items in my possession that have expiration dates of August 2028 through April 2029. I will safely quarantine these items until I receive updated instructions for disposal or collection.
