Per the Orion Skyblazer II XLT Recall Notice and Quarantine Notice revised as of January 6, 2026, please fill in the information below for reimbursement. This is not a Trade reimbursement program, it is only for consumers who purchased the products listed below from a retailer or dealer.

Orion will reimburse you for your signals. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
